Dr. Witherlimb is an Undead (of the Scourge variety) found in the Ghostlands.

I was in the Badlands not too long ago trying to do some quests to level a little bit past 40. I was pretty happily killing wolves, buzzards, elementals, cats and the like. Then I saw this:
