		<description>I've occasionally run into addons that have not worked correctly or have been poorly documented, but I've never had the amount of trouble it sounds like you had. Did you actually have to edit the file itself to get it to work? I'm not sure what is to blame there. Titan Panel has usually been pretty headache-free for me.</description>

		<description>My only complaint about these add-ons (and other add-ons from the sites you mentioned) is the lack of documentation. It's customary in the modding community to include a readme with installation instructions in the downloaded archive. The instructions on the website are pitifully under-documented and the add-ons/mods/whatever you download rarely come with a readme or similar text file (And those that do list the history rather then instructions). This is really NOT kind to a newbie to the game. I puzzled my way through installing the Titan panel (5 attempts it took me, and only because I have experiance modding Morrowind &#38; Oblivion (Elder Scrolls 3 and 4 respectively) among other games did I recognize the way the file structures worked) and it's working now. But really the documentation on these things are abysmal....
