Did you actually have to edit the file itself to get it to work? I'm not sure what is to blame there. Titan Panel has usually been pretty headache-free for me. It's customary in the modding community to include a readme with installation instructions in the downloaded archive. The instructions on the website are pitifully under-documented and the add-ons/mods/whatever you download rarely come with a readme or similar text file (And those that do list the history rather then instructions). This is really NOT kind to a newbie to the game. I puzzled my way through installing the Titan panel (5 attempts it took me, and only because I have experiance modding Morrowind & Oblivion (Elder Scrolls 3 and 4 respectively) among other games did I recognize the way the file structures worked) and it's working now.
