I managed to make it through Ashenvale without aggroing any mobs (track beast ftw), and was ganked only once. Auberdine was a different story. It took 8 deaths until I was able to make it onto the boat. I aggroed some NPCs on Azuremyst and died once more, but eventually I made it and now have a nice new ravager pet! It was definitely worth it. I actually did this tonight on my freshly dinged level 10 Orc hunter lol. I went up north and grabbed a low level, which was probably good since it couldn't stun and interrupt taming. I did this as a lvl 17 and died a few times on the dock, be careful because some guards are stealthed. If you run on the boat they can't follow you.
