Name My Pet!
I still haven’t come up with a good name for Netipot’s ravager (the one I mentioned in my ravager pet guide), so when I noticed that Mania was doing a “Name That Pet” series, I wrote in for help.
I provided a short RP-type description of Netipot, and a pic of him and his ravager, and Mania’s readers are going to provide name suggestions. Head over to Mania’s site to check it out, and be sure to leave a comment there with your idea. When I do finally decide on a name, I’ll definitely let you know about it here.

EDIT: There were a bunch of great suggestions from her readers and I ended up choosing Ripley as my ravager’s name. Reader Pumpkinskull suggested it and said
“Ripley,” based off the Alien universe.
It’s alien and rips up the mobs…
I like how the Alien name fits with my alien ravager, and he does indeed rip through the mobs. So here he is!

Ravagers are so ugly…better made into a ravager dog than into a pet! (I kid.)
I think if I ever make a hunter, I’ll make a pig and name him KevinBacon or something witty. I fail.
KevinBacon wouldn’t be a bad name if 2 million other Hunters hadn’t used it first. I don’t see much with “Ham” on boars though… Maybe Hambone? Ooh! You could make a Hunter named Pebbles and your boar HamHam (kinda like Bambam)!
If im right, in the Draenei lands are some green ravagers too, right? I like the yellow one the same as the green one, but i think the green one fits orc more. But im late with the color i suppose
Yeah, there are some green ones as well where I got Ripley. You can see some pics of them in my Ravager Pet Guide. I tried one of the green ones, but he was pretty much the same color as Netipot, and the two of them tended to blend in a bit. I decided to go with the orange one because he stood out more.
i got an pet with no name, its the bellygrub boar but bellygrub doesnt sounds good so i need an name
Emma, if you head to Mania’s site and get in touch with her, she might be able to run a short post on your pet asking for naming help, like she did for me. As far as I know she’s still running the “Name My Pet” series.
