Discussion
For all of these builds, you will want to use a 2-handed weapon. Dual-wield builds, while fun, cannot currently compete up with 2-handed builds in either threat generation or DPS.
Blood - The Blood tree is built mostly around the DK’s self-healing abilities, making this tree a great one for questing/farming/soloing, but comparatively weak for Heroics and raiding. The build above is a general DPS-focused build, but the Blood tree is generally out done by both Frost and Unholy in groups.
Frost - The Frost tree is the de facto tanking tree, but it can also produce a strong DPS build with a few tweaks. If you are looking for a pre-Naxx tank build, then Frost is the tree for you. Once you have acquired several pieces of Naxx-level gear, then an Unholy spec can produce a strong tank as well.
Unholy - Unholy is the premiere raid DPS tree, but, as mentioned above, can make a strong tank build as well, given appropriate gear. Unholy DKs have terrific AoE threat capabilites and all bring some excellent buffs to their group/raid.

Frost - A DPS Frost build can be seen here -17/54/0. If you have a Shaman for the Windfury totem, you can spec out of ITT, and put those points somewhere else.
